Steps
- Check you are using the exact email from registration
- Click Forgot Password? and check inbox and spam
- Clear browser cache: Ctrl+Shift+Delete in Chrome
- Try incognito mode: Ctrl+Shift+N
- Try Google Chrome if using another browser
