Before Programme Starts
- Full refund if requested within 7 days of payment
- Processing fee may apply after 7 days but before start
After Programme Starts
- No full refund once your teacher has accessed content
- Partial refund considered for extraordinary circumstances
Duplicate Payments
Refunded within 5-7 working days. Email admin@cybersmart.ng with your school name and payment reference.
